Welcome to Namaste Today, Silver Strand families! Our mission is to provide a safe space for children in San Diego schools in which they are able to breathe, bend, balance, and become focused. We believe that by introducing mindful awareness practices and yoga into the lives of our young minds, we are helping to cultivate a brighter future. Namaste Today aims to develop each student into a more focused, more physically fit, more balanced version of his or her holistic self. We are so excited that Silver Strand students will have a chance to soak up all of these wonderful benefits!
Season 2 Registration Opens Soon!
Who: This program is available to Silver Strand Elementary students, Kinder to 3rd grade.* All levels are welcome.
*Maximum 12 students in each class and minimum 6 students to keep the club running.

Our Schedule:
2:25 – 2:40 >> We Breathe
2:40 – 2:55 >> We Bend
2:55 – 3:10 >> We Balance
3:10 – 3:25 >> We Become Focused
When: Tuesdays 2:20 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Duration: Tuesday, Sep. 25th- Nov. 13th
NOTE: Teacher/Parent conference class 1:05-2:15
Where: Classes will be located in the PE Room
Pick-Up: Parents will let Ms. Michele know prior to first class, if the student walks home, will be picked up, or needs to go to Rec Center/Child care
What is the Cost of this wonderful program and how do I sign my kiddos up for the next quarter?
The Namaste Today After-School Program runs every Tuesday from 2:25 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. The cost is $8.00 per class.
